New Decision On Credit Usage

As a result of the examination of the letter and its annexes dated 21.06.2022 and numbered E-24049440-045.01[4/5]-53930 at the meeting of the Board dated 23.06.2022;
- Pursuant to the sixth paragraph of article 12/A titled "Restrictions on housing, vehicle and consumer loans" of the Regulation on Credit Transactions of Banks (Regulation), in the first paragraph of article 12/A of the Regulation, loans to be extended to consumers for the purpose of purchasing housing and housing secured loans excluding vehicle loans. for loans, the ratio of the loan amount to the value of the house taken as collateral is determined as shown in the table below,
